You really think that “cutting loose strings” are really going to make the work place better? like seriously if putting GPS on my Officers on my fucken SHIFT is going to improve productivity?!?! like we have card swips, card reads, ToCo reads, and even mutha fucken camera views. What more do you want from us from maken sure our productivity is at its efficiency?!?! its redundant how you think we aren’t doing our job. We do the most we can and fuck the bullshit if we aren’t there if shit goes down because you know what???? Niggas that steal crap are S.M.A.R.T.E.R and probably stock our patrols and how we run the place. Don’t fucken make my shift do more things than we really need to cause in that case i’m going to loose good people who work on my shift and thus maken the niggas that work on my shift fucken retards who don’t know wtf to do when shit hits the fan. Also with the thing about setting GPS on my patrols… Thats mutha fucken de-humanizing myself and my fucken shift. like seriously we are not your property and we are not niggas who you need to be keeping track of. Thats why we have SUPERVISORS!!!! to keep track of the employees who are working patrol and whatnot. Also with the shit that i hear about people are going to be let go in a few months…. thats fucked up. People that I got to know since i started and people that got excellent experience within this site is people that shouldn’t be on your mind. We all work as a unit, family, a workforce, or however you may call it but we all work as a whole as a Graveshift, Dayshift, and Swingshift. Fuck that if you’re going to let people go because you dont think are “good enouph”. Niggas has put their time in our site to make sure they don’t get let go and enough to get a decent paycheck. I damn the nigga that takes my niggas away and I will make sure that person gets taken off the account and if he’s lucky re-assigned to another spot because i’d feel generous at that time. fuck that shit and fuck the new policies that are going to be in effect and if it does i better be getting paid what i fucken SHOULD BE GETTING PAID!
